Adopting a design in line with Tesla’s latest vehicles like the Cybertruck and Cybercab, the 2025 Model Y features bar-style headlights at the front and rear. The rear-wheel-drive version comes with an LFP battery with a capacity of 62.5 kWh (~60 kWh usable).
With a drag coefficient of 0.22 Cd, the Model Y is one of the most aerodynamic SUVs on the market, and its range will exceed 490 kilometers, marking an approximate 8% increase. Despite the increased capacity, the new battery is expected to reduce charging time.
Inside, the 2025 Model Y reflects design elements from the new Model 3 and is equipped with a new steering wheel, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, and power-folding rear seats. Additionally, an 8-inch touchscreen has been added for rear passengers.
