2022 Rivian R1T Adventure is the first model that American EV startup launched into the market. It comes with four electric motors and a 135-kWh large battery pack supplied by Samsung SDI. The high-performance R1T Adventure’s EPA range is 314 miles. It supports up to 200 kW DC and 11.5 kW AC charging speeds. According to Rivian’s official website, R1T can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in around 30 minutes.
R1T is a direct competitor to Ford F-150 Lightning and Tesla’s Cybertruck. The starting price of the 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure is $73,000. This price is valid for the dual-motor version with the standard battery. The quad-motor longer range version of the R1T Adventure costs $87,000 in the US.
