General Motors launched yet another fully-electric Buick for Chinese market: a coupe-like sports utility vehicle called Electra E4. It’s based on GM’s modular Ultium architecture and comes equipped with BYD’s LFP Blade Battery cells.
American carmaker used the ELECTRA-X concept to design its newest SUV-coupe model. Electra E4 also features GM’s next-gen cockpit system, which includes a huge 30-inch EYEMAX 6K infotainment display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset, and wireless charging support for smartphones.
There is a Buick Electra E4 GS (Gran Sport) variant as well. The GS version offers all-wheel-drive and an 0-62 mph acceleration performance of 6.2 seconds.
