Tesla opens massive off-grid charging station powered solely by solar energy!

The station, independent of the grid, will draw its energy from a "solar farm" spanning 30 acres. Equipped with 10 Tesla Megapack battery systems, the facility can store a total of 39 MWh of energy, enabling uninterrupted service day and night.

Located in Lost Hills, California, this massive station, operating entirely off-grid, will feature a total of 168 charging units.

In the first phase, 84 off-grid charging units have been opened, with the remaining units and a lounge area expected to be completed by the end of the year.
