Leapmotor has shared the first images of its cheapest sedan model, set to hit the European market.
Priced at around $14,000, the B01 is a large sedan measuring 4.77 meters, eyeing the D-segment.
Equipped with 132/160 kW motor options and an LFP battery, the Leapmotor B01 features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 for infotainment and the 8650 chipset for autonomous driving. It will also offer a LiDAR-equipped autonomous driving package.
The new Leapmotor, to be unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show on April 23, is expected to start deliveries in July. Its arrival in Europe is slated for the last quarter of the year, where it will compete with the BYD Qin Plus and Xpeng Mona 03.
