🟢 Huawei’s new electric car, the #Aito M9, was in a crash test video between two heavy vehicles and has been awarded an A-level certification in ‘Super Crash’ category, which no other car in China has achieved before.
🔥 The electric SUV’s front and rear chassis are produced as a single piece using 9,000-ton aluminum casting machines. Key areas like the end of the crumple zone in the front, lower A-pillar, and almost the entire C-pillar are also manufactured as a single piece for added strength.
🚗 Huawei’s manufacturing partner, #Seres, used ‘submarine steel’ in 12 different parts of the Aito M9, capable of withstanding high pressure up to 2,000 MPa, making the car safer even in severe accidents.
