Texas-based automaker received over 250,000 pre-orders within a week of unveiling. Around August 2020, the amount of orders reached the 1,000,000 mark, in less than ten months!
Why Are There So Many Cybertruck Pre-orders?
Apart from Cybertruck’s unprecedented popularity, there are two other reasons why almost two million customer order this vehicle. The first one is the reservation fee, which is a mere $100 and it’s refundable. The second one is the number of countries available for reserving a Cybertruck. Tesla intentionally opened orders for almost all regions, whether its sales operation exists or not. That made Cybertruck orders went over the roof.
