Mercedes-Benz's electric CLA, introduced in March 2025, has entered series production at the Rastatt factory. Priced at €55,800 with a 792 km range, the CLA 250+ EQ will soon hit the roads.
Built on the German company's MMA platform, the electric CLA features an 800V electrical architecture, setting it apart from competitors not only in range but also in charging. The vehicle can reach 80% charge in 18 minutes, supporting up to 320 kW at DC stations.
Equipped with a two-speed transmission, a rear-wheel-drive 200 kW (272 HP) next-gen motor, and a silicon carbide inverter, the CLA 250+ is the most affordable option at €55,858. The dual-motor CLA 350 4MATIC, delivering 354 horsepower, is priced at €60,380.
Initially producing models with an 85 kWh NMC battery, Mercedes plans to start production of a more affordable (~€48,000?) CLA with a 58 kWh LFP battery in the coming months.
